If I was starting again, this is what I would do - Episode 71

In this 8 minute video I reveal what I would do on the internet to
make a living - if I could start again, knowing what I know today.

The bottom line is that there are four methods mentioned,  but one of them stands out far above the others.

What I reveal is a well proven internet-based pathway to financial independence, with nothing flashy or shiny, but a solid, dependable pathway.

The internet allows unprecedented opportunity for the man in the street at a very low entry cost, and this has been a game changer.

In fact, I do not know of any offline business where an average person could create financial independence within 3 years – maybe even within a single year.  So here’s the deal:  If you’re willing to do for one year online what others won’t, you’ll be able to do for a lifetime what others NEVER WILL.

    Hi Jonathan,

You put things into a great perspective and it brings
Internet Marketing down to just 4 methods to work
    online.

I think Jennifers course is going to be the answer to
    many peoples struggles online.

If one would get into a mindset of choosing just one
thing and work on that, instead of going through everything
thats posted in their email inbox for too long. In other words
actually move forward on a path.

Well after speaking to you Jonathan that path just came
    much more clearer.

I’m going through the course right now, it is the real deal.

Thank you for your insights and ideas, it was great
to talk to you on Skype too:)

    Take care.

    Tony

    Hi Tony

Great work. Yes that’s it exactly. Choose a course of action and go for it. No deviating off to check out the next shiny thing. :)

That course of Jennifers is the most logical, easy to follow online business I have seen in 8 years in online marketing. Pretty hard to miss making money really – if you put the work in.

    We’ll talk again.

    Hey Jonathan,

I’ve had a sketchy idea lately of what you’ve just covered here, but, thanks for reinforcing and presenting it in a step by step fashion.

It’s so true that most of us marketers can attest to the lack of focus of the mind because of the guru’s next best thing; I’m guilty of it.

So, we must press on focusing on one or two things that we MASTER then as the money’s coming in and the stress is gone, we can then take whatever we’re doing and perfect it, so as to take it to the highest level possible. Of course, it must be proven methods that work like you’ve demonstrated here.

    Cheers my friend,

    JC

    Reply to John Corona.
Quoting you John: “… we must press on focusing on one or two things that we MASTER then as the money’s coming in and the stress is gone …perfect it”
    That sums it up perfectly.

    Jonathan,

People tend to forget the simple things and look for the latest, greatest ‘get rich scheme’ or magic bullet. While that might make money for the folks selling the ’scheme’ – they themselves are left holding the bag and end up with empty pockets.

I enjoyed the simplicity of your methodology. The ‘magic’ or ‘million $ secret’ is right there in the video.

It take simple, small steps – consistently done – to create the ‘magic’ in ‘whatever’ it is you are trying to accomplish.

    In other words:

If you simply learn one foreign word a day and how it is used – in one year’s time, you will know enough words to be able to speak a foreign language conversationally…

If you simply save a $1 day for your just born child and receive 9% interest for her, over 65 years you have invested $23,725 BUT through compounding interest she will be able to retire with $1,094,375.

With PotPieGirls method of creating one website a week, she will have 52 sites by the end of one years time.

Let’s say, that from these, only 2 are bringing in affiliate income of $2,000 a month. That’s still $4,000 a month from there on out + whatever the other sites might bring in.

However, she is only getting started. At the end of three years, she will have created 156 websites and according to our measurement make a cool $12,000 a month. All of a sudden we are talking real money here.

This doesn’t take into account the lessons you learn over a years time, extra testing done etc. etc..

Long story, short: Quit trying to game the system. Be authentic. Be consistent.

    If not today? – When?

    Reply for Dieter

Yes, slow and steady wins the race when building that income online.

I was actually quoting Jennifer Ledbetter (roughly) in the post: “If you’re willing to do for one year online what others won’t, you’ll be able to do for a lifetime what others NEVER WILL.”

I might add that there are many other ways to make money online. e.g. CPA networks where you drive traffic to an opt in page and get paid for it. Nothing to ’sell’. Easy? Yes, but that is not building a business that will automatically CONTINUE to generate wealth. CPA is simply generating cash on a temporary basis.

For those starting out, these four are great to begin with, but niche sites win hands down because they continue to produce revenue long after you stop working on them.
